1. Scope

This policy applies to Membership purchases made through Jammytech.in.

2. Cancellation

Where a membership plan permits cancellation, cancellation will generally prevent future renewal or future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a period already purchased.

3. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership has been activated, except where required by applicable law or where we approve a refund under this policy.

4. Eligible Cases

A refund may be considered for duplicate payments, a successful payment where membership was not activated due to a technical issue, or another verified payment-processing error.

5. Payment Reversal

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

6. Fraudulent Transactions

If a transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised, we may suspend the related account while investigating and may cooperate with the payment provider or relevant authorities.
